Co-pays and Out-of-Pocket Sessions

Co-pays and payment for out-of-pocket sessions are due at the beginning of sessions. You may opt to have co-pays and out-of-pocket session fees auto-deducted from a card you keep on file through your client portal.

Deductibles

If you have a deductible to be met, I will first bill your insurance, and I will then bill you the remaining balance. You are responsible for knowing how much you have left to pay to meet your insurance deductible. I am able to give you an estimate of what you will likely be paying for services until your deductible is met.

Ways to pay:

• I accept exact cash and checks during sessions.
• If you would prefer to use a major credit card or HSA card you can use my online client portal. You may also use the portal to view your current balance. I do not have access to your card information when you use the client portal and can only tell you the last four digits of any cards you keep on file.
